Release Notes: Announcing the KoreLock Mobile App v3.0.0

Hello, KoreLock Smart Lock technology partners! We are excited to announce the release of the latest version of our KoreLock Mobile App, v3.0.0, packed with new features and improvements. Read on to learn about the new functionalities that will enhance your KoreLock experience.

Multiple Lock Selection per Access User

This new KoreLock Mobile App feature allows a single user to be added to multiple locks within the same view. This means you can easily add the same credential to multiple access points, streamlining your management process.

Push Notifications

With KoreLock's Mobile App push notifications, you can more conveniently stay updated and connected to your locks. Once enabled from the Account tab, you can select specific locks and activities about which to receive alerts. You will be instantly informed about any lock-related activity, ensuring the security of your premises.

Firmware Update via Mobile App

Are you registering a new lock? Our KoreLock Mobile App will automatically check for any available firmware updates and download the latest version for you. This process takes approximately 30 seconds, and once complete, you will receive a pop-up notification confirming the successful update.

Temporary Admins

Granting temporary access to installers or contractors has always been challenging. With this new KoreLock Mobile App update, you can easily provide temporary access to individuals who need to manage your account on your behalf. Navigate to the Account tab, look for Owners and Admins, and grant temporary access as required.

Factory Reset over BLE

Our new KoreLock Mobile App factory reset feature makes on-site lock maintenance effortless. Using Bluetooth, you can now send a reset command to the lock directly from the app. This will wipe the lock clean and reimport all the existing data, including settings and users. Say goodbye to complicated reset procedures.

Regional Language Support

To better serve our customers in Japan, we have introduced regional language support in the KoreLock Mobile App. Now, you can access KoreLock's features and functions in Japanese, ensuring a user-friendly experience for our Japanese users.

Calibration Wizard

Setting up a deadbolt lock's "handing" procedure is now hassle-free. Our new KoreLock Mobile App Calibration Wizard lets you perform the procedure directly in the app via Bluetooth. You can easily set the deadbolt lock to either a right-hand or left-hand door without the need to enter any programming code.
